GEPAS is an integrated web-based pipeline for the analysis of genomic data. It is specially appropriated for the analysis of high-throughput data like those generated in microarray studies. GEPAS stands for Gene Expression Pattern Analysis Suite. The suit includes tools for normalization, clustering, differential gene expression, class prediction and array CGH.
GEPAS is developed in the Bioinformatics Department at the Centro de Investigacion Principe Felipe (CIPF) in Valencia, Spain.
Up to 2010 GEPAS was developed as a tool on its own. But since then, GEPAS utilities had been included into Babelomics suit.
The last version of the tool on its own is still freely available at: http://www.gepas.org.
