TEAM: Targeted Enrichment Analysis and Management

These exercises show how to design and analyze panel genes in the clinical context oriented to diagnosis.

• Input: one or several VCF files and a panel gene.
  
• Output: different formats of results, including selected variants related to a specific disease.
  

We are working from TEAM. Several steps:

1. Upload VCF files in TEAM and automatically these files will be indexed and annotated.
2. Upload or design a panel of genes.
3. Analyze your data.
