======Implementation details======
The Network Miner web interface was implemented using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Java. The queries to the server are implemented in Java connecting to a MySQL Server and a plain text file with the interactomes information. The visualization tool was implemented using HTML, JavaScript and SVG from HTML5. HTLM5 standard is extensively supported by modern web browsers such as **Google Chrome 14+**, **Microsoft Internet Explorer 9**, **Mozilla Firefox 6+** or **Apple Safari 5+**.
