The world is filled with discount clubs and discount websites, especially because the economy took a downturn and online the likes of Groupon emerged.

In Europe though, there is a money back community growing since 2003 that has, up to recently, been a 'dark horse' outside of mainland Europe.

So who and what is Lyoness?

According to the official Lyoness website FAQ section:

lyoness - “Lyoness is an international sector spanning shopping community as well as a Loyalty Program for international retailers.”

Since sounds similar to lawyer speak, so here it is in clear language, from me:

Lyoness is definitely an global shopping community, offering cash back for the shoppers, along with a unique loyalty program for retailers.

Even simpler:

Lyoness can be a shopping community that benefits everybody involved, both shoppers and retailers

Lyoness rewards its shoppers in two ways. To begin with with cash back, and secondly by rewarding them after they recommend Lyoness to other people.

The attraction for telling others is you obtain a number of all of the shopping they ever do through Lyoness, to see as you can buy everything from Heinz Baked Beans and coke, to petrol (gas if you're reading in america), book holidays, or perhaps search for a restaurant, that will accumulate.

How would you shop with Lyoness:

Lyoness Cashback Card Mobile Gift Cards (Mobile Cashback) Original Gift Cards Internet shopping

What are the great things about Lyoness to retailers and merchants?

1) It brings more customers, those already in the Lyoness shopping community 2) It brings customer loyalty by providing Lyoness memberships 3) It can develop a second income

In addition to the shoppers and the retailers there's a third group that advantages of Lyoness as “every purchase helps the kid and Family Foundation” so when of autumn 2012 Lyoness has launched the Greenfinity Foundation to aid education and implementation of climate protection projects worldwide

To date there have been 24 Child and Family Foundation projects worldwide, among the current ones is within Africa with Nelson Mandela.

watch here - For this reason with Lyoness it can save you money, earn money and take action good. Now you could have noticed my little bit of name dropping there with Nelson Mandela.

Hopefully that provides you an idea with the credibility of Lyoness, however, you deserve more.

Lyoness sought ISO 9001 certification from TUV Rheinland, and was passed.

Now, like me, you may never had heard about TUV Rheinland before.

The TUV Rheinland Group is really a leading provider of technical services worldwide. What this means, among other things, is they look into the quality, and aprove parts for companies like Porsche, Mercedes, NASA, Dell, the list goes on. There remti is to assure quality and safety.

They also take a look at accounting processes and purchasers process - like that made available from Lyoness.

TUV was Founded in 1872 and the Group currently employs 16.000 folks 500 locations in 65 countries. It generates annual revenues of euro 1.417 billion.

TUV Rheinland mainly deal with components and parts for companies like Dell, Porsche, Mercedes and NASA, but they also examine systems like Lyoness to.

If Nelson Mandela and TUV Rheinland is not enough endorsement, how about Harrods - our planet's most prestigious store, or otherwise britain's in whatever way. Harrods has joined the Lyoness loyalty partner scheme, however only after it's brand protection unit of 27 lawyers and accountants OK'd it!

home page - There is certainly ONE BIG WARNING I'd give you about Lyoness though, and that's do not sign up with them via their website. The reason being that when you have any questions the support team always inform you to speak to your sponsor. Without having a sponsor, then you can get stuck. How come Lyoness not have a suitable help desk? Basically it is to help keep running costs as small as possible, to allow them to pay out to its members whenever possible. So Lyoness relies on its members fully educating new members regarding ways to use the system, especially in countries where it's just developing like the UK and USA.
