Where? Delicat restaurant in carrer del Comte d'Almodóvar, 4, 46003 València. It is a cozy restaurant sited in the Ciutat Vella district, in the heart of the old town, near the Virgen's square and the Cathedral.
Menu:
- snacks & starters: soup of the day, hummus with roasted sesame seeds, cod brandada with paprika oil
- tapas: moroccan coast style mussels, liquid croquette of chicken with ras el hanut, chinese mollete with mediterranean dressing and ham, oriental rice with seaweeds, fennel and clams.
- dessert: surprise custard or ice-cream

Where? Food Club” in C/ de Cadis, 90, 46004 València. It is a modern restaurant sited in Russafa, which is a well-known neighborhood with a remarkable mixture of tradition and avant-garde and point of encounter of different cultures.
