Registration

The course is restricted to a maximum of 25 participants.

Logistics

In order to be successfully registered in the course, it is mandatory:

• Fill in the form available here.
• Pay either by bank transfer or by credit card (see the details below)
• Send an e-mail to Eugenia Flores eflores@cipf.es stating in the subject “MDA14 registration” attaching the transference confirmation.

Registration fees are 500€ and must be paid no later than March 1st 2014. As soon as everything is verified, a confirmation will be send back.

Please remember filling in your invoice details properly. If you pay by yourself we will need your ID number and your postal address. If you are an institution or company then we need the VAT number, the name of the institution or company and the postal address.

Price:

• Registration fee: 500 €.

The price includes meals and coffees as well as the gala dinner.

Deadlines:

• Registration and payment: closes by the 1st of March.

Bank transfer to the bank account below (transfers from outside Spain will need SWITF or IBAN codes)
