Pseudo Image Plots
These plots that represent array intensity measurements in their physical coordinates. They create a pseudo photo of the array.
They can be used to represent raw intensities and to observe whether there is any strong background effect.
They can also be used to represent normalized intensities to asses performance of the normalization process.
